Delivery and Returns

Sundry items in stock will be dispatched within 5 working days delivered by An Post or our chosen courier service.

Bespoke Plaques and items that have to be carved and lettered will be dispatched as soon as complete usually within a 2/3 week timeframe if they are under

1kg anything over this will have to be collected from one of our Dublin stores or partners nationwide

Memorials and Headstones require permission from the relevant cemetery authorities and the building of foundations which usally takes a number of weeks

to obtain said permit however we will endeavour to have the memorial erected within a 4/6 week period.

Fingal Memorials & Monuments use  An Post postal services for deliveries.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At Cremation Products Ireland, we take great care to ensure all items are delivered in perfect condition. Due to the sensitive and personal nature of our products, we operate a limited returns policy.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

For hygiene and personal reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, opened, or personalised unless they are faulty.

If you have ordered the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. Returns may be accepted at our discretion, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
